Under this vertical, we specialise in MBBS Abroad and Nursing Abroad, helping students and professionals achieve their global aspirations through expert counselling and end-to-end support.
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Team Lead – Study Abroad (MBBS & Nursing) to head counselling operations and regional business development. The role requires managing a team of counsellors while also taking ownership of offline lead generation through seminars, institutional partnerships, and affiliate networks. The Team Lead will be responsible for enrolments, revenue, and regional expansion, ensuring AcadFly’s strong presence across the market.
● Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and monitor MBBS Abroad and Nursing Abroad counsellors.
● Counselling & Conversions: Handle advanced counselling sessions with high-potential students/parents and close admissions.
● Offline Lead Generation:
○ Plan and conduct seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions in schools, colleges, hospitals, nursing institutions, and coaching centres.
○ Build and maintain partnerships with local institutions, hospitals, nursing associations, and regional education hubs.
○ Develop and scale offline affiliate networks to generate a consistent lead pipeline.
● Sales & Target Ownership: Drive enrolments and revenue for MBBS & Nursing Abroad programs.
● Process Excellence: Oversee documentation, compliance, visa filing, and ensure CRM hygiene across the team.
● Collaboration: Work with marketing for regional promotions, admissions for process support, and affiliates for lead flow.
● Reporting: Maintain trackers, MIS, and weekly performance reports for management.
● Student/Parent Experience: Ensure transparent guidance and high satisfaction scores.
● Graduate/Postgraduate (Medical, Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field preferred).
● 3–6 years of counselling/sales experience in Study Abroad, Healthcare, or Recruitment.
● Proven experience in offline lead generation, seminars, or institutional partnerships.
● Prior team leadership or sales management roles are strongly preferred.
● Knowledge of MBBS Abroad markets (Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Nepal, etc.) and Nursing Abroad pathways (licensing exams, placements).
● Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
● Target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow regional presence.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
● Lead Generation: Number of leads generated through offline seminars, institutional tie-ups, and affiliates.
● Team Performance: Counsellor conversions and sales funnel health.
● Sales Achievement: Monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
● Regional Growth: Expansion of partner/affiliate networks and outreach programs.
● Conversion Ratio: Counselling-to-admission success rates.
● Student Experience: High satisfaction and referral scores.
