Job Description

Oversee and develop the Scholarship Programmer strategy and operations.
Oversee Scholarship applications process and candidate document verification process.
Lead evaluations, interviews, and selection processes.
Lead relationship management with partner institutes and interviewers, including yearly strategy and development, on-boarding and training as needed.
Oversee program branding and marketing working in collaboration with the RF communications team.
Oversee direct and indirect outreach activities during the application process.
Oversee Scholar monitoring and evaluation strategy and operations.
Ensure Scholar fund disbursement process runs smoothly.
Lead Scholar and alumni engagement strategy.

Education Requirement :

Post Graduate degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
