Team Lead - Sales Operations

🛠 Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and guide a team across Lead Generation, Acquisition, and Customer Experience. Define and track KPIs, KRAs, daily productivity, and conversion metrics. Oversee lead allocation, pipeline movement, demo performance, and coordination with field sales teams. Monitor demos, closures, and follow-ups on expiring subscriptions. Implement and standardize processes across teams per SOPs. Identify and resolve gaps in lead qualification, feedback, and follow-up strategies. Optimize usage of CRM and reporting tools, ensuring real-time data accuracy. Manage escalation flow and resolve high-priority client issues. Prepare weekly & monthly performance dashboards. Analyze feedback, churn, and deal-loss reasons to suggest insights. Collaborate with Sales Operations Manager on growth initiatives.
