Team Lead - Sales Operations

As a Team Lead - Sales Operations at Bunge, your role will involve full operational control and end-to-end contract entry and order management activities. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 to 5 individuals, overseeing talent acquisition, talent optimization, and talent retention processes. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient workload distribution to meet Global KPIs of Customer Service COE. Additionally, you will need to have visibility of Commodity value chains to redefine operation models as needed. Your main accountabilities will include: - Monitoring daily contract entry and issuance to meet Global KPIs - Imparting domain knowledge to build a team of subject matter experts - Resolving critical issues and proposing solutions - Leading the team in day-to-day operational activities with stakeholders - Handling succession planning, training needs identification, and resource development - Tracking team performance to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues - Acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues - Ensuring compliance with SOX and other statutory requirements - Identifying and proposing process improvements - Providing guidance and support to the team for talent optimization and retention - Leading or identifying Lean or Six Sigma projects for process improvements In terms of skills and qualifications, you should have: - Relevant experience in Customer Service & Order to Cash - Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output under time pressure - Strong written and oral communication skills in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI/Reporting tools - Experience working with SAP system - Regular B.Com/MBA/M.Com or equivalent masters degree - 6-8 years of experience in managing service delivery for order to cash functions - Strong Customer Service & OTC Domain expertise - Lean or Six Sigma Methodology, Project Management, and People management skills Bunge is a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products.
