Allocate and track job requisitions within the team. Conduct regular training and performance reviews. Client On Boarding. Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for IT and Non-IT roles. Work closely with Client & hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations. Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation. Ensure all roles are closed within the defined SLA/TAT. Sourcing & Networking: Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and campus hiring. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between candidates and Client hiring managers. Provide regular updates and recruitment dashboards to business stakeholders. Maintain a strong employer brand through excellent candidate experience. Compliance & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio). Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree. Team Lead recruitment experience & on boarding Client with at least 9 years Proven experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT domains. Familiarity with various sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Good Communication skills Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
