Team Lead - Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Team Handling:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Allocate tasks based on individual strengths and workload.

Monitor team KPIs and ensure consistent performance and productivity.

Resolve team conflicts and promote a healthy work culture.

Client Handling:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Regularly update clients on progress, challenges, and market insights.

Gather feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.

Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices.
