Safety Policies
- Developingandimplementingsafetypoliciestoreduceaccidentsandpreventlossesduetoa decline in productivity.
- Determineswhatpoliciesareneededandsolicitsinputfrommanagersand workers.
- Responsibleforalertingworkersaboutthechangeandmonitorscomplianceoncepoliciesare finalized
Workplace Inspections
- Inspect interior and exterior work areas to determine if there are any safety hazards like brokenequipmentanddamagedequipment,slip-and-fallhazardsandotherpotentialhazards
- Responsibleforconductingmonthlyinspectionofvarioussafetyequipment’slikeFire Extinguishers, Exit Lights and Emergency Lighting etc.
- Observesworkerstoensurethattheyarewearingrequiredpersonalprotectiveequipmentand following company safety policies and operate equipment in a safe manner
- Followupwiththedepartmentalheadforimplementationofvariousdeficienciesnotedduring inspections, and ensure that they are corrected.
Accident Investigations
- Conductsaninvestigationtodeterminewhytheaccident happened
- Questionwitnesses,inspecttheaccidentsceneandtakepicturesif required
- Responsibleforreportwritingafterinvestigationdetailingthe cause
- Reviewandanalyzeinjuryandincidentreportsanddataanddevelopinjuryandincident prevention strategies for their area
Trainingand Coaching
- Identifytrainingneedsanddevelopappropriatetraining programs
- Organizingandconductingsafetytrainingforemployeesand workers.
- Preparingscenario&conductingperiodicemergencyexercises/mockdrillsandpreparationof reports of Mock Drill
- CelebrateNationalSafetyDay,EnvironmentDay,FireServiceDaybyconductingsafety competitions like quiz, essay, slogan, poster making etc.

- MonitorlocalareacompliancewithOHSpolicyand procedures
