As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in processing transactions, resolving customer queries, and contributing to process improvements. Lead a team of professionals in processing transactions, resolving customer queries, and contributing to process improvements
Analyze and process transactions within specified timelines with high accuracy
Document all completed transactions daily and maintain accurate records
Collect and analyze metrics on processes to identify areas for improvement
Foster positive working relationships with team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Resolve customer issues, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Continuously upgrade skills and take on new responsibilities to drive business growth and excellence

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
8+ years of work experience in Voice, preferably in finance
