Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - Inside Sales, located in Gurugram. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives, setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and developing sales strategies. The role involves daily interaction with team members and clients to ensure sales goals are met, providing training and support to the team, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
