Lead and guide a team of BDEs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and regular training sessions. Support the team in closing high-value or strategic client deals. Maintain team discipline, attendance, and a high-performance culture. Track daily activities: calls, demos, follow-ups, and conversions. Ensure smooth client onboarding and active usage of the communication panel. Build strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business. Analyze team performance and share insights with senior management. Ensure accurate CRM usage for lead status, follow-ups, and client notes. Train team on objection handling, pitching skills, and competitive positioning. Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure, maintaining focus on solutions and achieving targets within tight timelines. Initial months will involve working as an individual contributor to learn product, pitch, and processteam leadership will follow based on performance.
