We are seeking a

strategic, high-performing Inside Sales Team Lead

to join our growing team in

Bangalore

. This role demands a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in inside sales and people management, ideally within the SaaS or technology domain.
As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading a team of sales executives, shaping consultative sales strategies, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Design and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive consultative selling by deeply understanding client needs and positioning software solutions accordingly.
  • Analyze and manage sales performance metrics using CRM tools (preferably LSQ), Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline and lead management, from prospecting to closure.
  • Foster strong interdepartmental coordination, especially with SDRs, Marketing, and Product teams, to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide targeted coaching, and build capability within the team.
  • Maintain a professional and client-first approach, while promoting a collaborative team culture.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum

    5 years

    of experience in Inside Sales, with at least

    1 year

    of hands-on team leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and performance goals.
  • Prior experience in

    B2B SaaS or software sales

    is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in

    Hindi, Kannada, Tamil,

    and

    English

    .
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data tools (experience with LSQ is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proven ability to coach, inspire, and drive performance in a team environment.
