Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, overseeing sales processes, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for mentoring the sales team and identifying market trends to maximize sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

-         Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and goals.

-         Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

-         Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

-         Set sales targets and performance metrics for individual executive.

-         Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales executive.

-         Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

-         Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.

-         Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

-         Analyze sales performance and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:

-         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

-         Minimum 4-7 years of experience in sales- Real Estate, Banking, Automobile, Insurance or management.

-         Proven track record of sales success and leadership.

-         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram


-         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications: 

-         Master’s degree in Business or a related field.

-         Experience in team management and leadership.

-         Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
