Team Lead

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, setting performance goals, and ensuring effective communication across the team. The role involves leading project planning and execution, liaising with clients and developers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Additional duties include training and mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, and continuously improving team performance and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new leads through team management, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
2. Have knowledge of gurugram real estate projects to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and pricing.
3. Manage client meetings, team site visits, and property showings.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
5. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth documentation and compliance.
6. Stay updated with market trends, project details, and customer preferences.

We also welcome Team Leaders who wish to join TLS along with their existing team.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve targets
