Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in the Domestic sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO/Call Centre operations and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve overall customer experience.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve process efficiency.
Monitor and control attrition rates to ensure team stability and growth.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a BPO/Call Centre setting.
Strong knowledge of domestic market trends and customer service best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with team management tools and software applications.
