Position Details-

Job Title-

Role Overview-

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day rental operations across the region, ensuring the smooth running of approximately 100 assets including generators, pumps, lighting towers, and other equipment. This role will focus on operational reliability, timely execution of rental orders, and effective management of the operations team to achieve high uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Oversee all operational activities across the region for approximately 100 rental assets.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor deployment and retrieval of rental equipment in line with project timelines and client requirements.
  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of deployed assets with minimal breakdowns and downtime.
  • Supervise the regional operations team including technicians, operators, and field coordinators.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Reliability Team to ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Track and close all breakdown tickets promptly through the companys service management system.
  • Support Regional Manager in fleet utilization planning, manpower allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage daily logistics, including mobilization, demobilization, and dispatch coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, utilization, and service history.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure adherence to company operational policies.

Qualifications & Experience-

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 510 years of experience in equipment rental, construction equipment operations, or power generation industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of gensets, pumps, and related rental assets.
  • Proven experience in managing field service or operations teams.
  • Familiarity with asset tracking and maintenance management systems.
