Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in UC4 and have a strong background in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a day shift providing a perfect balance between work and personal life. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving projects that impact our companys growth and contribute to advancements in the scientific community.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality solutions in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of UC4 processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
Develop and maintain project plans ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all project activities.
Analyze complex data sets to derive meaningful insights that drive decision-making.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve project outcomes.
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that advance scientific research.
Support the companys mission by delivering impactful projects that benefit society. Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of UC4 and its application in technical environments.
Demonstrate expertise in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics with a proven track record of successful projects.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Show proficiency in project management and team leadership.
Display strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Be adaptable to changing project requirements and able to work in a hybrid model.
