Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Business Development with 2-7 years of experience to join our team in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to handle client relationships.

Roles and Responsibility

Collect data on companies through online sources and generate leads.
Make calls to prospects to create new business opportunities and arrange meetings with clients.
Send quotations and engage in discussions with clients to close deals.
Coordinate with prospects and clients to build strong relationships.
Utilize basic computer knowledge to manage client interactions and sales performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong understanding of customer handling, call handling, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in BPO executive roles, telecalling, or business development is an added advantage.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
