Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage CSR partnerships with corporates, PSUs, and foundations.
Drive the complete fundraising cycle prospecting, proposal development, pitching, closing, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR Heads, CHROs, Sustainability Leaders, and senior corporate stakeholders.
Create customized CSR proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes aligned with organizational goals and social impact initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams (Projects, Finance, Impact, Operations) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of committed outcomes.
Monitor CSR policies, funding trends, and emerging partnership opportunities across sectors.
Represent the organization at CSR events, forums, and conferences to enhance brand presence.
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and prospective CSR leads with accurate revenue forecasting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Background:

Skills Required:

Proven experience in CSR fundraising and business development.
Strong corporate connects with excellent networking skills.
Expertise in proposal writing, presentations, and communication.
Knowledge of CSR regulations (Companies Act, Schedule VII).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about social impact.

Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or Marketing.
Certification or experience in CSR, Social Impact, or Fundraising is preferred.
