1. Assist in Tax compliances for Indian entity as under:

• Computation and timely payment of correct amount of advance tax and in tax provisioning
• Preparation of Income Tax assessment details
• Tax MIS and exceptional reporting periodically
• Ensure proper TDS compliance at Unit level
• Communication of New developments in Direct Taxes and ensuring their implementation in Units

1. Co-ordinate with various teams for getting information for computation of advance tax liability
2. Compiling advance tax data
3. Identify and clarify variances from Budget and previous quarter.
4. Collate and compilation of Income Tax assessment details.
5. Prepare MIS and list out exceptional items.
6. Identifying, communicating and implementing new developments and reviewing periodically

1. Assist in preparation of Tax Audit, Return of income, Transfer Pricing and other annual tax filings in respect of Indian entity.
2. Co-ordinate with various internal teams and Tax and TP Auditors
3. Collate, compile and prepare Tax Audit details, Return of income and TP details for other annual tax filings.

1. Assist in computation of ETR, CTR and compiling critical tax items at global level
2. Preparation of ETR and CTR working
3. Highlighting variances and identifying reasons for the same

1. Assist in tracking, monitoring and improving global level compliances including preparation of Master File and CBCR
2. Collate and compile details for CBCR and Master File for Birla Carbon as a whole.
3. Monitoring and tracking global compliance levels

1. Assist in various tax initiatives for tax planning and optimization at global level
2. Preparation of various details for analysis of different tax models in tax planning and tax optimization for Birla Carbon as a whole
