We are seeking a Talent Strategist to drive proactive sourcing strategies and talent mapping in the India market. As a key partner to recruiters and hiring managers, you will identify top talent, build strong pipelines, and leverage market intelligence to inform hiring decisions. This role requires deep expertise in sourcing tools, outreach strategies, and storytelling through data to influence hiring outcomes. Talent Mapping Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on talent pools, competitors, and industry trends to create talent maps and inform hiring strategies. Strategic Sourcing : Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advanced tools, databases, and creative outreach techniques to engage passive talent. Cold Outreach Engagement : Craft compelling outreach messages and build relationships with high-potential candidates through personalized engagement. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and educate them on sourcing best practices. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use sourcing metrics and pipeline data to analyze effectiveness, refine strategies, and present insights to hiring teams. Employer Branding : In partnership with our employer brand team, help position GoDaddy as an employer of choice by engaging with talent communities and leveraging brand-aligned messaging. Tool Technology Expertise: Utilize sourcing tools and platforms (such as HerKey, Wellfound, SeekOut, Greenhouse ATS/CRM, Instahyre, LinkedIn) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in identifying top talent. Your experience should include... 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, talent intelligence, or recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on the India talent market. Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, SeekOut, GitHub, X-Ray search, etc.) and ability to leverage multiple channels for outreach. Strong understanding of market research and talent mapping to proactively identify talent pipelines. Ability to analyze and present data to hiring teams, showcasing talent trends and pipeline effectiveness. Experience crafting personalized cold outreach strategies to engage passive candidates. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and educate hiring managers on sourcing best practices.
