Crafting written, evidence based & commercial business cases to obtain leadership approval. Successful execution of regular compensation cycles, including merit, bonus & equity planning, range development & compliance activities. Driving Benefits services in the region, including managing local brokers/advisors, escalations, vendor selection and management, technology, automation and continuous improvement of employee experience (via Service Now). Your experience should include... A minimum of 6 years progressive experience in a dedicated compensation & benefits role as part of an international reward team. ability to respond rapidly to multiple initiatives - Define problems, prioritise, consider options, seek collaborator input and proactively implement appropriate solutions. Strong proactive interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead initiatives with minimal direction. Build credibility with local leaders and employees. Ability to summarise complex issues & solutions in a way suitable for various audiences. Advanced excel skills - using Data manipulation techniques to offer insights and define solutions to business challenges. Likely to include formulas such as VLOOKUP & reference functions. pivot tables, charts and even macros. Excellent customer service focus (employees, managers, colleagues & senior leaders) Experience of supporting C&B in other countries such as Australia & Singapore would be a benefit.
