About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Specialist – Lead with strong and proven experience in Networking recruitment. You will be part of our internal Talent Acquisition team and work closely with an experienced leadership team to support ongoing and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment focused on Networking skills, including:

* Network, Security, Infrastructure, Linux, Unix, Firewalls, Load Balancing, LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, Protocols, Device Vendors, and Certifications

* Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and role expectations.

* Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.

* Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.

* Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly).

* Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

* Lead and manage the recruitment process while ensuring adherence to internal and client compliance requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

* Strong and proven experience in Networking hiring – compulsory

* Experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment

* Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills

* Willingness to work from office (Jayanagar, Bangalore)
