If you're a seasoned SuccessFactors professional with a strong grip on LMS and PMGM modules, we want to hear from you! 🔍 Key Responsibilities Lead LMS and PMGM configurations and support activities Manage integrations with platforms like SAP & Microsoft Teams Conduct customer workshops, PoCs, and provide solution expertise Perform error analysis, troubleshooting, and performance improvements Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong executive presence Run and analyze Story Reports based on customer requirements ✅ Must-Have Skills 2–3 full-cycle SuccessFactors LMS implementations Expertise in LMS configuration, learning types, and connectors Experience with SuccessFactors PMGM module Working knowledge of Employee Central and integrations Strong problem-solving, incident handling, and strategic analysis 💡 Good to Have Knowledge of IAS/IPS Experience in presales and discovery meetings Why Join Us?
