Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Community Specialist at Welo Data, you will be a part of the Sourcing & Talent Function in the AI Data team. Your primary responsibility will be to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable resources for the organization, with a focus on AI and data services roles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely qualification and vetting steps for recruitment campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Attract new talent into Welo Data's Talent Community by utilizing crowdsourcing expertise and Social Media/SEO strategies. - Provide an engaging pre-hire experience for candidates, from application to interviewing, and support them throughout the qualification process. - Continuously research and enhance recruitment channels and market-specific strategies. - Maintain an analytical approach to ensure pipeline behaviors meet established standards. - Generate excellent reports on pipeline status, predictions, blockers, and related analytics. - Proactively analyze pipeline behaviors and implement strategies to improve conversion rates. - Support the definition and implementation of functional strategies, including risk analysis and mitigation. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing reports and negotiating campaign-specific topics. - Assist candidates with questions or assistance during the application process. - Contribute to social media strategy and employer branding at the recruitment level. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in functional areas. - 3 years of experience in language services industry markets and/or AI Data providers. - Flexible, creative, and open-minded with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing market. - Experience in a client-centric environment with strong organizational skills. - Excellent communication, attention to detail, self-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines. - Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach. - Team player with a proactive and initiative-driven attitude. - Advanced knowledge in Marketing/PR/Recruitment/Account management. - Fluency in written and verbal English. - Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and internet usage. - Ability to learn new processes and tools efficiently. - Positive, energetic, and culturally adaptable with a passion for learning.
