Role & responsibilities Design, document, and lead multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership, creativity, and technical accuracy Drive material selection, custom detailing, FF&E curation, styling and overall design direction Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and external consultants to deliver cohesive and timely outcomes Lead presentations and reviews, internally and externally articulating design rationale, intent, and solutions clearly Prepare and QC design deliverables from schematic design through GFC documentation using Revit Own and resolve challenges that arise during design development, vendor sourcing, execution, or post-handover Maintain high documentation and detailing standards across all internal and consultant packages Support real estate, development, and procurement teams with design expertise during due diligence, feasibility, and pricing Mentor junior designers and ensure consistency, alignment, and quality across all project stages Stay on top of trends in design, workplace innovation, sustainability, and materials to elevate project outcome Preferred candidate profile
