Role Summary

The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, primarily focusing on US-based IT and business roles, and operating during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals, including freshers, to build a career in international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels, including job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Draft, update, and post compelling job descriptions across all relevant job boards and the company career page.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.

Candidate Management:

  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Collect and check references for shortlisted candidates.
  • Assist in preparing and extending job offers, and answering basic queries about compensation and benefits.

Shift & Collaboration:

  • Mandatory requirement: Work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours to effectively coordinate with US-based hiring managers and candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements

Reporting & Other Duties:

  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
  • Participate in special recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 0 years of experience.
  • Freshers with a strong aptitude for recruitment and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Time Zone Commitment: Must be willing and able to work during USA Eastern Time (ET) business hours. ( 5 PM IST to 2 AM IST), Cab will be provided for drop only in the allocated regions.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory for communicating with US stakeholders).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic familiarity with online sourcing techniques is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Mindset: Highly enthusiastic, proactive, and target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in recruitment.
