Role & responsibilities In charge of procurement activity by material categories. Be responsible for sourcing new suppliers, sample confirmation and vendor registration procedure, make sure supplier complete set of vendor documents and sufficient approvals of management. Responsible for RFQ, quotation comparison, contract, PO, supplier management and other related process of procurement. Ensure stable and timely supply of materials to meet factory production and operation demand, track materials delivery status in time. Cost control of materials, do cost analysis and prepare quotation comparison from time to time, work with supplier to improve cost. Contract management, sign contact with new vendor and renew due contract in time.
