Junior / Assistant Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Wind up and start up-

1.1 Produce qualified products according to the requirements of documents (specification plate. WI.SOP)

1.2 Continuously achieve and implement the production targets of the cable

1.3 Operate equipment, measuring instruments and fixtures according to the requirements of safe production operation

1.4 Timely disposal and reporting of abnormal situations

1.5 Perform daily spot inspection, fastening, lubrication and cleaning

1.6 Routine Material Check

2. Machine CM

2.1 Complete the Mini CM project independently

2.2 Assist ME in troubleshooting

3. SMED

3.1 Start up after priority transformation

3.2 Deal with and give accurate feedback

3.3 Material identification and preparation before completion of transformation

4. Quality management

4.1 Be responsible for checking and confirming NCR and quality control project list (711)

4.2 Be responsible for daily check, processing and feedback of CTS&CTR and safety

4.3 Be responsible for exception handling and feedback in daily spot check

5. Group activities

5.1 Actively participate in TPM improvement activities

5.2 Maintain 5S of equipment and surrounding areas

5.3 Participate in Lean Improvement Activities (SGA)

6. Coaching & Training

6.1 Obtain the qualification certificate of technical tutor and be responsible for training level 1 ~ 3 personnel

Preferred candidate profile

Be familiar with the job responsibilities and core values of secondary production technicians
5S : Master the concept of 5S and be able to apply it TPM : Master the basic knowledge of TPM. Master the organization skills of group activities. Master the job teaching skills PDCA : Master the concept of PDCA and be able to use it Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge: Master basic mechanical and electrical knowledge SMED : Master the definition and common skills of SMED and be able to apply them to production improvement Mini CM : Master all Mini CM processing skills and be able to apply them to equipment maintenance TQM : Master the basic knowledge of TQM. Common QC techniques and application skills and QCC group activities organization skills
