Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage technicians to follow rules and regulations of the company and listen the instructions from Management.
Coordinate team members to complete tasks on time and meet daily gearbox Assembly Production targets.
Conduct gearbox testing according to process requirements. Ensure that the process is followed without deviation.
Training of new technicians about the Assembly & testing process, usage of tools, tooling.
EHS, Work safety training.
Routine inspection of tools and make available the tools for daily work by maintenance checks.
Follow up 5S and lean implementations in the test bench dept.
Manage flushing and testing processes for maximum effectiveness of the test bench.
Preferred from Windmill Gearbox manufacturing industry,
