Compliance & Policy Support

Specialized in Training & Development

Conducting needs assessments to understand the skill sets required by employees. Designing and developing training programs and materials that meet the organizations needs
Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
Identify the appropriate trainers, monitor their skills & retrain if required.
Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
Facilitating and conducting training sessions, workshops and seminars
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and adjusting them as necessary
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes Keep attendance and other records
Manage training budgets. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. Monitor employee performance and response to training
