Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

2. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

3.Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, track application status, and generate recruitment reports as needed.

4. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company’s brand through engaging job descriptions, social media posts, and campus outreach efforts.

5. Job Posting & Follow-Ups: Create and post job openings on various platforms. Follow up with candidates and internal teams for feedback and next steps.

6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback.

7. HR Support Activities: Support general HR functions such as on boarding coordination, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives when needed.

Who You Are:

1. A graduate or final-year student pursuing HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

4. Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.

5. Passionate about HR and eager to build a career in talent acquisition.
