We don't just train employees-we develop talent, nurture career journeys, and create a culture where learning drives success.As our Talent Development Lead, you'll be at the forefront of this mission-building structured learning programs, upskilling employees, and laying the foundation for talent development.If you love creating impactful learning experiences, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring every training initiative meets real business needs, this role is for you.What You'll Do Your role will be 80% Learning & Development (L&D) and 20% Talent Development (future focused initiatives).
  • Learning & Development (Core Focus - 80%) a. Identify Training Needs (TNI/TNA) & Engage Stakeholders
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and employees to identify learning gaps & future skill needs.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to create role-specific development programs.
  • Ensure training is tied to business goals, employee performance, and career growth.

b. Design, Develop & Deliver High-Impact Training Programs

  • Build leadership, behavioral, communication, and Business English proficiency training programs.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Learning, e-learning platforms, and in-person/virtual sessions.
  • Develop structured learning paths for different roles & career stages.

c. Create Engaging & Effective Learning Content

  • Develop manuals, workbooks, guides, and digital learning resources.
  • Keep training interactive-blended learning, gamification, case studies, role-plays.

d. Drive Compliance & Mandatory Training

  • Ensure all employees complete mandatory compliance training (POSH, workplace safety, security).
  • Keep track of LMS records & regulatory adherence.

e. Measure & Optimize Learning Impact

  • Define KPIs to measure training effectiveness (knowledge retention, skill application, business impact).
  • Use feedback surveys, assessments, and data analytics to enhance programs.
  • Talent Development (Future-Focused - 20%) a. Lay the Foundation for Future Talent Development Programs
  • Support succession planning, career pathing, and internal mobility strategies.
  • Partner with HR to build frameworks for high-potential employees and future leaders.

b. Enhance Learning Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Create initiatives that encourage continuous learning, self-paced development, and upskilling.
  • Promote learning as a key driver of employee retention and engagement.

  • You're a Learning & Development Expert - You understand adult learning principles & corporate training methodologies.
  • You're a Communication Pro - Strong spoken & written English with business communication expertise.
  • You're a Stakeholder Manager - You can influence leaders & employees to embed learning into business success.
  • You're a Content Creator - You love designing training materials that are engaging & effective.
  • You're Data-Driven - You track training impact & use insights to continuously improve.
  • You're Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using LMS, LinkedIn Learning, virtual training tools.

What Do You Need To Apply

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR roles. Strong experience in Training Needs Identification (TNI), curriculum design, and content creation.
  • Expertise in communication training (Business English, leadership communication).
  • Exposure to LMS, digital learning tools, e-learning content creation.
  • Experience working in IT services organization is an added advantage!
