Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, internal ATS, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

2. Pipeline Management

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Manage databases and ensure all candidate information is updated accurately in the ATS.

3. Target Achievement

Meet individual hiring targets and contribute to team objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates as per client mandates.

4. Stakeholder management

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, priorities, and expectations.
Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience throughout the process.
Partner with internal teams to align on processes, deliverables, and timelines to achieve recruitment objectives.

Requirements:

1. Experience

1-3 years in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition.

2. Skills & Competencies

Strong sourcing and research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using ATS and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
