Role Overview: As a Team Lead or Practice Manager, you will play a key role in managing a team of recruiters, driving recruitment delivery, and ensuring achievement of team targets. This role requires excellent leadership, recruitment expertise, and a focus on operational efficiency. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent acquisition services and building a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Consultants to achieve individual and team goals. Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance team productivity and skills. Create a motivating and collaborative work environment to foster growth. 2. Recruitment Delivery Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness. Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and accuracy in ATS management. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of challenges. 3. Client Management and Farming Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs. Identify opportunities for client farming to expand existing accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust. 4. Pipeline and resource management Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future client requirements. Allocate resources effectively to optimize delivery outcomes. 5. Process Adherence Ensure strict adherence to established recruitment processes and quality benchmarks. Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. 6. Reporting & Insights Monitor team performance and prepare reports on key metrics and KPIs. Share market insights, challenges, and recommendations with leadership. Requirements: 1. Experience 3-8 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2-3 years in team management. Proven experience in managing clients and driving account growth. 2. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Expertise in recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc, will be beneficial Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, internal ATS, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and suitability for roles. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. 2. Pipeline Management Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements. Manage databases and ensure all candidate information is updated accurately in the ATS. 3. Target Achievement Meet individual hiring targets and contribute to team objectives. Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates as per client mandates. 4. Stakeholder management Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, priorities, and expectations. Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience throughout the process. Partner with internal teams to align on processes, deliverables, and timelines to achieve recruitment objectives. Requirements: 1. Experience 1-3 years in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition. 2. Skills & Competencies Strong sourcing and research skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using ATS and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
