Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to help us scale by bringing in the best talent across sales, operations, and advisory roles. You will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to ensuring an excellent candidate experience and timely closures. This is a mid-level recruiting role focused on driving hiring outcomes and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and social media
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and attract top talent
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly reports

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, networking)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver on timelines
  • High ownership, persistence, and people-first mindset
