Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process: source qualified candidates, review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and create interview plans and closing strategies while moving the interview process forward in a delightful and timely manner
  • Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent with a relentless focus on building representative and diverse pipelines.
  • Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting at XCUTIVES by challenging the status quo and providing useful suggestions for improvement.
  • Build trusted and long-term relationships with the candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders.


Here’s What We're Looking For

  • A talent acquisition resource with 2-5 years of directly supporting IT Services Clients with in-depth expertise in hiring sales, business development, account management and P&L-centric sales roles
  • Sales and leadership hiring and/or Executive search experience with Global ITES firms is a mandate for this role
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of industry hubs across North America, about sales and executive search
  • Deep understanding of IT Sales hiring and a track record of success in closing Sales Leaders.
  • Experience building a diverse, representative pool of qualified candidates in a proactive, strategic manner.
  • Professional and versatile when sourcing, assessing, pitching, and closing a candidate at all levels.
  • Multitasking, discipline, and having the ability to handle deadlines along with quick TAT are an absolute must to succeed in this role
  • Passionate about ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Exceptional requirements management skills, independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with other team members and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple geographies would be highly preferred
  • The leader will be required to deliver on individual quotas as well as team quotas and will also have to train, mentor and deliver consistently on their own as well as the team's performance within a quarter of joining
  • Team management experience would be a value add for further growth and career advancement


Some key criteria are required to qualify for this job


  • This will be a night shift job, and the timings will be 6 pm IST -3 am IST
  • This will be an individual contributor role for the North America geography
  • The candidate should possess a fully functional laptop with MS Office and should have uninterrupted WIFI connectivity
