Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Operations Executive to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment data, postings, and reports across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports using

  Microsoft Excel

  and

  Ciepal ATS

  .
• Create, update, and optimize job postings across various job boards to attract high-quality candidates.
• Upload and manage candidate profiles within client-specific Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare visually compelling presentations and recruitment analytics reports using

  Microsoft PowerPoint

  .
• Collaborate effectively with internal team members to ensure alignment on recruitment activities, priorities, and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create dashboards, pivot tables, and dynamic presentations.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, especially

  Ciepal

  and client-configured systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently across internal teams.
• High attention to detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
