Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the job market.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit through effective interviewing techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple job openings and deadlines.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
