Description

We are seeking a Purchase Manager to oversee and manage our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and will be responsible for developing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that our inventory meets operational needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to meet demand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess purchasing needs and align with company goals.
Prepare and maintain purchasing reports to track expenses and budget adherence.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles is preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relations.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control.
