Job Title : Process engineer Purpose of Job: To develop, implement, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes cycle time from raw material to final stage and establish the necessary setups to obtain optimized process efficiency for all stages inline to lean principles. Preferred candidate profile Process Cycle Time: Capture the manufacturing cycle time per process wise and arrive the Master Cycle time data for new and existing Product. Study and analyse existing process and arrive the gap and Improvement actions required for increase production efficiency. Process design :- Design the Manufacturing process to obtain maximum production yield. Recommend and Arrange the suitable resources such as Gauges,Zig and Fixtures in joint work with NPD. Review the effectiveness for result of established setup /process method in continuous during regular process and make further correction if required. Process Line-up and Handover:- All arrived method such as Cycle time and Manufacturing method to be created as master document. On review and approval datas to be handover to production for regular works. Master data may be updated based on improvement required. Routing of process activity at ERP inline to Manufacturing process align with process cycle time.

Job Purpose To plan, control and manage all machining activities in the machine shop to achieve production targets with required quality, safety, productivity, and cost control in a motor manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Production & Planning Plan daily / weekly machine loading and manpower allocation based on production targets. Ensure machining of stator, rotor shafts, end covers, motor housings, and other components as per schedule. Coordinate with PPC for production planning and material availability. Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, and lead time reduction. Maintain production records, shift reports & KPIs. 2. Quality Assurance Ensure machining accuracy as per drawing tolerances, surface finish and GD&T. Conduct in-process inspection & first-piece approval. Coordinate with Quality team for rejection analysis and corrective actions. Implement SPC, Poka-Yoke, 7 QC Tools for defect prevention. 3. Machine & Tool Management Ensure proper operation & maintenance of CNC, VMC, Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Grinding & balancing machines. Plan preventive maintenance with maintenance team. Monitor cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges inventory. 4. Safety & Compliance Implement safety rules and enforce PPE usage inside machine shop. Conduct toolbox meeting, risk assessment & accident prevention actions. Ensure 5S & workplace discipline. 5. People Management Manage operators, setters, helpers & trainees in the machine shop. Conduct training for skill development and multi-skill matrix improvement. Evaluate operator performance and take disciplinary action where necessary. 6. Cost Control Control rejection, rework, tooling cost, coolant & consumables usage. Improve OEE, reduce downtime, and support Kaizen activities.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Officer for our motor manufacturing unit. The role involves handling procurement of raw materials, components, electrical parts, and other production-related items. The ideal candidate will ensure timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure raw materials such as copper wires, laminations, bearings, stampings, electrical components, etc., specific to motor manufacturing. Float enquiries, compare quotations, and negotiate with vendors for the best price, quality, and delivery. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP system and follow up for on-time delivery. Liaise with production, quality, and stores departments to understand material requirements and delivery timelines. Monitor supplier performance and maintain an approved vendor database. Resolve issues related to delivery delays, material rejections, or non-conformities. Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and quality standards. Track market trends in motor manufacturing components for cost optimization. Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels. Coordinate with logistics for inbound material clearance and transportation.

This role requires a strong understanding of testing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: 1) Responsible to conduct Final and Internal testing of Line motors & Service motors & Wound stator. 2) Conducting Quality Assurance test and documented, report submission 3) Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining test procedures 4) Ensure all tests and procedure are meet the company and industry standards 5) Preparation of test reports and maintain calibration record.
