Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding new employees. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the job market. Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit through effective interviewing techniques. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple job openings and deadlines. Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
