Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various clients and projects, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent that aligns with our clients' needs and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract potential candidates. Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Candidate Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Qualifications Education: Any graduate or undergraduate Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment. Preferred Skills Experience in bulk hiring and managing recruitment drives. Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices, Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
