About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone with 0 to 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry who is passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Screen and assess candidates for various roles based on qualifications and fit.
• Manage job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Provide excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a consultancy or staffing firm).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
