This is a voice-based sales role requiring fluent English communication skills . Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and handling international clients. The goal is to generate qualified leads and close sales over calls and emails. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the USA. Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions. Build strong relationships with international customers via phone, email, or chat. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support. Follow up with potential leads and nurture the sales pipeline. Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory). Prior experience in international sales or BPO/voice process is an advantage. Willingness to work night shifts (USA hours). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Computer literacy and comfort with CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum education: Graduate or Diploma (any stream).
