Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the USA.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Build strong relationships with international customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support.
• Follow up with potential leads and nurture the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• Excellent

  spoken and written English

  (mandatory).
• Prior experience in

  international sales

  or

  BPO/voice process

  is an advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts (USA hours).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Computer literacy and comfort with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum education: Graduate or Diploma (any stream).
