Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will be joining our APAC Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruiting activities for Bangalore. This is a temporary role with a 24-month contract and will be based in our facility in India. Your responsibilities will include partnering closely with the business and function to understand current and future talent needs, acting as an Employer Brand ambassador, developing and driving sourcing strategies, assessing candidate capabilities, and supporting integrated talent management initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or above, a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition (specifically IT positions), proven success in driving global hiring processes in Bangalore, experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies with an emphasis on diverse talent pools, and a track record of creating and driving best practices in collaboration with other HR functions. Desired qualifications include a fundamental understanding of social sourcing, talent pipeline, and workforce planning concepts, experience in using project management concepts and tools, and proficiency in a second language other than English.
