Talent Acquisition Specialist

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Own and execute the
full-cycle internal recruitment
process for US Staffing roles in India.
Collaborate with delivery managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs and align talent strategies.
Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline for roles across technical and non-technical domains.
Provide consistent, high-quality candidate experience and ensure timely follow-ups.
Track, analyze, and optimize recruitment performance through data and reporting.

✅ Required Qualifications:

3–5 years
of
in-house TA experience
focused on
hiring for US Staffing roles
in India.
Deep understanding of
US IT Staffing hiring practices
, recruiter metrics, and TA operations.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
