Job Summary:

Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place

  bench consultants

  (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens) with direct clients and vendors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with

  implementation partners, direct clients, and Tier-1 vendors

  .
• Work closely with consultants to

  understand their skills, strengths, and career goals

  .
• Negotiate

  rate/salary, contract terms, and project opportunities

  with vendors and clients.
• Maintain a strong database of client contacts, job requirements, and vendor networks.
• Proactively identify and pursue new

  business opportunities and requirements

  .
• Regularly update and track consultant submissions, interview schedules, and placements.
• Ensure prompt follow-ups with vendors and consultants for successful onboarding.
• Stay updated with

  market trends, visa regulations, and recruitment strategies

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in

  Bench Sales/US IT Staffing

  .
• Strong experience in marketing

  H1B/OPT/CPT/EAD/GC/Citizen consultants

  .
• Established network of

  Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners

  .
• Excellent knowledge of

  US job boards

  (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a

  target-driven environment

  .
• Flexibility to work in

  US time zones

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with

  VMS/ATS systems

  .
• Proven track record of consistent placements.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple consultant profiles simultaneously.
