Talent Acquisition Specialist - US Staffing

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on in-house US Staffing roles in India, you will play a crucial role in our expanding internal TA team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various US Staffing positions based in India. Collaborating closely with delivery managers and leadership, you will forecast hiring needs, develop talent strategies, and ensure a robust internal talent pipeline across technical and non-technical domains. Your key responsibilities will include owning and executing the internal recruitment process, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, providing a high-quality candidate experience, and optimizing recruitment performance through data analysis and reporting. It is essential that you bring at least 3-5 years of in-house TA experience specifically focused on hiring for US Staffing roles in India. A deep understanding of US IT Staffing hiring practices, recruiter metrics, and TA operations is a must. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in sourcing, stakeholder management, and process improvement. Additionally, excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment will be vital for your success.
