We are urgently looking for a Lead Recruiter – Vendor Specialist to join our team in Noida. This role is perfect for someone who has proven experience in vendor-driven recruitment operations and is comfortable working U.S. business hours.

🔑 What You’ll Do

🔹 Manage end-to-end vendor & requirement coordination with U.S. clients.

Conduct daily vendor calls to ensure alignment and timely coverage of requirements.

🔹Handle full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, compliance, and offer closure.

🔹Verify candidate documentation (work authorization, ID, LinkedIn, etc.) for compliance.

🔹Provide daily updates to stakeholders and ensure quality submissions.

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹5+ years of experience working with vendors supporting direct U.S. clients.

🔹Strong knowledge of U.S. work authorizations and compliance checks.

🔹Hands-on expertise in full lifecycle recruiting across domains.

🔹Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

🔹Prior experience with JobDiva or similar recruitment tools (preferred).
